🚨Trend Alert: Bottom Lash Extensions

Posted by Christina Vargas on

Adding bottom lash extensions to your menu can enhance your services and make your clients' eyes look even more stunning. Here is a quick guide to get you started:

  • Prep: After a full set or fill, use a gel pad to gently lift the top lashes and expose the lower lashes.

  • Lash Selection: Use spikes with a thin diameter (0.03mm) and a relaxed curl (B curl) to mimic natural lashes.

  • Application Technique: Use a lash ring with ridges to create spikes and rotate them before applying. Pick lash fibers from the tips for a tighter spike.

Practice & Safety Tips

  • Practice: Bottom lashes are advanced.
  • Practice on a doll head before working on clients.
  • Client Comfort: Keep client's eye closed throughout the application to prevent irritation.
  • Less is More: Use fewer, shorter lashes to complement the overall lash design.
